Sinton Independent School District

Amtech conducted an initial site investigation, with full testing, reporting and cost estimating services for the 20,200 SF roof at the Sinton ISD Administration Building. The scope consisted of removing the existing roof and replacing it with modified bitumen and standing seam. Once the design was finalized by the District, Amtech produced the construction documents and completed the final review services. Amtech assisted the District through the bidding phase, and provided the pre-construction services which included submittal review and contract administration. During construction, a designated construction administration professional from Amtech was on site to monitor all construction, through substantial completion and provided the final punch list.
