Working in concert with the District and the general contractor, Amtech provided full architectural services for the roof replacement at Hambrick Middle School. The 140,000 SF roof required an initial site investigation, including any required testing, as well as a full cost estimation to replace the existing roof. Additionally, Amtech conducted inspections of the roof deck to determine repairs needed for areas of excessive damage. After the design was approved, Amtech completed the construction documents as well as document review services. Amtech worked with the District through the bidding phase, and completed submittal review and additional pre-construction services. Once construction began, Amtech provided construction monitoring services through the final punch walk.
