For this project Amtech performed Building Envelope Consulting services for the repairs to the White Library building envelope systems. Amtech provided roof and building envelope design, construction document development, contract administration, and site visits during the construction phase.

Amtech provided exterior wall consulting services at The Center for Early Learning (CEL) at Del Mar College, specifically at rooms 150, 150a, 150b and 151 exterior walls. Services included: reviewed current drawings, performed wall assessment and destructive analysis, reporting, recommendation and cost analysis of scope, produced construction documents, construction administration/monitoring services.
