IDEA public charter schools – New Little York Campus
Amtech performed Roofing Consulting services for the new construction of the Little York Campus for IDEA Public Charter Schools. Amtech provided design and construction services for the new 77,055 SF roof system of the prototype school. Once the new roof design was finalized, Amtech produced the construction documents and performed peer review services of building envelope systems documentation. After the best valued contractor was selected, Amtech provided full construction administration services through substantial completion and into the warranty phase.
