City of Waller

Working in concert with the City and the architect, Amtech provided partial architectural services for the roof replacement at Waller City Hall. The roof required an initial site investigation, including testing, as well as a full cost estimation to replace the existing roof. After the design was approved, Amtech completed the construction documents. Once construction began, Amtech provided construction administration, monitoring and reporting services through the final punch walk.
