Dustin Sekula Memorial Library Roof Replacement

Dustin Sekula Memorial Library Roof Replacement

Amtech provided full building envelope, architectural and engineering services for the City of Edinburg’s Dustin Sekula Memorial Library. The scope of work consisted of a total roof replacement of the 36,433 SF standing seam metal roof, and replacing with a PVC single ply fully adhered roof membrane. All mechanical curbs were either replaced, resized or raised as well.
The services provided include assessments, condition analysis, design, construction documentation, bid services, contract administration, and construction monitoring services. Amtech was the lead coordinator between the multiple consultants for MEP/T, Fire & Life Safety and Cost Forecasting.
