Amtech conducted facility assessments for 10 areas of the building envelope system where significant water infiltration was occurring post-repair construction and continuing despite remediation. The facility assessment and reporting services Amtech provided for this project included cost analysis, recommendations, and identification of liabilities of building envelope systems, similar to the requirements for the proposed project.
