Amtech provided Building Envelope Consulting services for the 23,619 SF Health and Wellness Center. We conducted an assessment, with full testing, reporting, and cost estimating services. Once the remediation and abatement plan was developed with the City, Amtech produced the design and construction documents and corresponding review services. Amtech assisted the City through the bidding phase, and provided the pre-construction services. During construction, a designated construction administration professional from Amtech was on site to monitor the plan implementation through project completion.

Amtech provided Building Envelope Consulting Services for this 137,249 SF City Government Office Building. We performed preliminary assessments on the building envelope systems for re-roof renovations. After the design was approved, Amtech completed the construction documents as well as document review services. Amtech worked with the City through the bidding phase, and completed submittal review and contract administration. Once construction began, Amtech provided construction monitoring services through final inspections.
