Amtech provided the initial evaluation of the 111,772 SF roof providing the costs estimation and worked with the district on the final design. Once a scope of work was finalized, Amtech produced the construction documents and then assisted the District in obtaining Competitive Bids. After the best valued contractor was selected, Amtech provided full construction administration services through the final project close out.

Amtech conducted an initial site investigation, with full testing, reporting and cost estimating services for the 25,480 SF roof at Brownsville ISD’s Aquatic Center. Once the design was finalized by the District, Amtech produced the construction documents, then navigated through the bidding phase with the District. Amtech then administered any pre-construction services which included submittal review and contract administration. During construction, a designated construction administration professional from Amtech was on site to monitor all construction, through substantial completion and provided the final punch list.
